  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the making process will take approximately 3 days.

  • After production, your order will be shipped within 2 days.

  • Orders can only be delivered within Tamil Nadu.

Please review product descriptions and images carefully before placing an order, as slight variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship.

3. Payments

  • Strictly No Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted.

  • All payments must be made online in advance through our secure payment gateway.

  • We are not responsible for any transaction failures due to internet or banking issues.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped only within Tamil Nadu.

  • Shipping time: Approximately 2 days after order completion.

  • Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery distance and will be borne by the customer.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
