The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Photos or videos showing the issue must be shared with our customer support for verification before initiating the return.

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you on how and where to send the product back.
You are responsible for securely packaging the item to avoid damage during return transit.
The return shipping charges will be discussed and informed based on the case.

3. Refund Timeline

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
